Abstract: a second base station sends, to a first base station, a first message comprising configuration parameters of one or more target cells for a first mobility procedure in the second base station for a wireless device. the second base station sends, to the wireless device, a second message triggering the first mobility procedure toward one of the one or more target cells and based on the configuration parameters.
