Abstract: this present disclosure provides an acoustic device. the acoustic device includes a housing, one or more sound pickup assemblies, and one or more channel assemblies. the housing has an accommodating space and one or more communication holes. each communication hole communicates the accommodating space and an outside space. the one or more sound pickup assemblies may be disposed in the accommodating space for picking up a sound through the communication holes. the one or more channel assemblies may be disposed in the accommodating space. at least one of the one or more channel assemblies is disposed between one sound pickup assembly of the one or more pickup assemblies and one communication hole of the one or more communication holes, so that the sound is transmitted to the sound pickup assembly through the at least one of the one or more channel assemblies after passing through the communication hole.
