TOOTHBRUSH MANUFACTURING CONTROL USING KINETIC IMAGING

Abstract: technologies are disclosed for controlling the capture of one or more digital image frames of a product on a conveyor line by a manufacturing control device. the device may be in communication with at least one camera. the device may receive a product position trigger signal. the signal may indicate that the product has entered an imaging zone of the conveyor line. the product may be disposed on the conveyor line in a vertical orientation, a horizontal orientation, and/or an intermediate orientation. the device may determine a shutter trigger sequence for the camera such a predetermined number of the digital image frames are captured while the product is within the imaging zone of the conveyor line. the device may control the capture of the predetermined number of the digital image frames via the camera using the determined shutter trigger sequence upon the receipt of the product position signal.
