Abstract: an electronic device includes a housing and a circuit board assembly. the housing includes a bottom wall, a side wall, and a rear cover that enclose an accommodating space. the circuit board assembly is arranged in the accommodating space and includes a first circuit board, a second circuit board, a first elastic piece and a connector assembly. the first circuit board includes a first surface and a second surface, and is provided with an avoidance opening. the first elastic piece is arranged on the first surface. the second circuit board is at least partially arranged on the second surface in a stacking manner. the connector assembly is arranged on the second circuit board, and is at least partially located in the avoidance opening. a height of the connector assembly is greater than a height of the first elastic piece.
