Abstract: a device for managing communication cables within an enclosure structurally configured to permit changing of an angular orientation of the cable engagement surface and to provide the cable engagement surface with enhanced strength for supporting and routing cables inside the enclosure. the device may include a proximal end portion, a distal end portion, and a cable engagement portion extending between the proximal end portion and the distal end portion. the cable engagement portion may be structurally configured to engage the one or more communication cables. the proximal end portion may include a mounting portion structurally configured to allow the angular orientation of the device within the enclosure to be changed without detaching the device from the enclosure.
