Abstract: an electrical connector includes a housing, a first terminal module and a first ground sheet. the housing includes a receiving slot for receiving a mating module. the first terminal module includes two first conductive terminals. each first conductive terminal includes a first contact arm. the first contact arm includes a first contact portion protruding into the receiving slot to mate with the mating module. the first ground sheet includes a first grounding elastic arm. the first grounding elastic arm includes a first abutting portion, a second abutting portion and a first connecting portion. both the first abutting portion and the second abutting portion at least partially protrude into the receiving slot to be configured to directly abut against the mating module. the first connecting portion does not directly abut against the mating module.
