SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR IMPROVED EXECUTION OF A MULTIPARTY TRANSACTION INVOLVING ELECTRONIC FUNDS DISBURSEMENT

Abstract: in an illustrative embodiment, systems and methods by which a computerized platform may interoperate with a web browser extension and a payment mechanism to permit an electronic multiparty funds disbursement transaction. the web browser extension may interoperate with a website visited by a user for the purpose of conducting a transaction, such as an online retail website. the web browser extension may introduce a mechanism for imposing certain constraints upon the transaction to ensure the integrity or security of the transaction. the web browser extension may interoperate with the aforementioned website so as to automatically conduct some or all of the steps associated with conducting a transaction thereon. in connection with such transactions, the systems and methods herein may use virtual payment card or other payment card that is devoted effectuating multiparty transactions of sorts contemplated herein.
