Abstract: a radar performance analysis calculator system is provided. the system includes a server computer device including at least one processor in communication with at least one memory device. the at least one processor is programmed to receive information about a radar device to be analyzed, retrieve a plurality of parameters associated with the received information, receive a geographic location for the radar device, retrieve geographic data about a geographic region associated with the geographic location for the radar device, and compute one or more measures of performance for the radar device based on the plurality of parameters and the geographic data.
