Abstract: a retaining device including: a base, including a woven material; a plurality of retaining elements, the retaining elements each including a rod and a head, the rod extending from an upper face of the base, and the head being formed at a free end of the rod opposite the upper face of the base, the rods of the retaining elements being intertwined into the woven material of the base, wherein a portion of each of the rods extending from the base is at least partially coated with resin.
