Abstract: a composition for sealing and resurfacing a road surface includes a first material having at least a first emulsified asphalt, wherein the first material is applied to the road surface. the composition also includes a second material having a second emulsified asphalt and a driving surface material. the second material is applied to the first material such that the first material and the second material co-cure as a unified material.
