Abstract: the present disclosure provides a polypeptide antigen of bovine and sheep pregnancy-associated glycoprotein and application thereof. the polypeptide antigen of the present disclosure, comprising two co-antigen polypeptides. antibodies prepared by using the polypeptide antigen provided by the present disclosure can be used for simultaneously detecting early pregnancy of bovine and sheep; the test strip of the present disclosure fills the blank in the prior art, and can combine two commercial tests in a single test strip, and improves the convenience of customer use; on the other hand, the production cost of manufacturers is also reduced.
