BENZIMIDAZOLE HETEROATOM-CONTAINING SPIRO COMPOUND AND MEDICINAL USE THEREOF

Abstract: a benzimidazole heteroatom-containing spiro compound and a medicinal use thereof are provided. activity test results show that the benzimidazole heteroatom-containing spiro compound provided by the present disclosure has a significant antiproliferative activity for human liver tumor cells hepg2, human colon cancer cells hct116, and/or human gastric adenocarcinoma cells ags, and most of the compounds involved in the present disclosure exhibit a stronger antiproliferative activity than cisplatin and/or nutlin-3a. therefore, the benzimidazole heteroatom-containing spiro compound provided by the present disclosure has a prospect of being developed into an antitumor drug, such as for liver cancer, colon cancer, or gastric cancer.
