Abstract: the disclosure relates to a novel sulfide-containing ionizable lipid. the ionizable lipid of the disclosure interacts electrostatically with an anionic drug when a lipid nanoparticle is produced, thereby ensuring that the drug is encapsulated in the lipid nanoparticle with high efficiency and the drug is stably delivered into the body, facilitating its utility in the related art such as lipid nanoparticle-mediated gene therapy.
