Abstract: a seat includes a cushion body and a seat frame. the cushion body is configured to elastically support a seater. the seat frame is configured to support the cushion body from the backside of the seat. the cushion body has a main portion and each side portion that is a side portion of the main portion in a seat width direction. the main portion has a main pad and a main substrate. the main substrate has a pair of side bulged portions that bulges into a pair of recessed parts in the seat width direction. the pair of side bulged portions has two side portions formed in the seat width direction on the backside of the main pad.
