Abstract: a cockpit system for vehicle and a method therefore are provided. the cockpit system includes: a front display disposed in front of a driver's seat and a passenger seat of the vehicle, the front display including one or more display areas; an operating system to receive an operation signal from a driver in the driver's seat or a passenger in the passenger seat; a camera to monitor presence, absence, or movement of the driver in the driver's seat or the passenger in the passenger seat; and a controller to control at least one display among the one or more displays of the front display, or control the operating system in conjunction with the camera.
