Abstract: provided is a tire comprising an inner liner and an insulation touching the inner liner on an outer side of the inner liner in a tire radial direction, wherein the insulation is composed of a rubber composition comprising a recovered carbon black, wherein an air permeation coefficient of a rubber composition constituting the inner liner is less than 18�10cm�cm/(cm�s�cmhg), wherein a thickness of the inner liner on a tire equatorial plane is 1.5 mm or less, and wherein a loss tangent at 70� c., 70� c. tan �, of a complex of the insulation and the inner liner is 0.22 or less.
