Abstract: a coating die, a coating apparatus, and a coating method are provided, and pertain to the field of battery technologies. the coating die includes a die body and a cleaning assembly. the die body has a receiving cavity, a feed port, and a discharge port. the cleaning assembly is located in the receiving cavity. the cleaning assembly includes a cleaning part and a driving part, the driving part being configured to drive the cleaning part to extend into the discharge port for cleaning of the discharge port. when the discharge port of the coating die needs to be cleaned, the cleaning part can be driven by the driving part of the cleaning assembly to extend into the discharge port. debris or dried slurry in the discharge port can be discharged by the cleaning part in the process of extending into the discharge port, thereby cleaning the discharge port.
