Abstract: devices, systems, and method for treating abdominal aortic aneurysms are disclosed. an illustrative system can include an occlusion catheter with an elongate catheter shaft. the elongate catheter shaft can have a first expandable member and a second expandable member. the elongate catheter shaft can have a therapeutic fluid infusion port disposed in an isolated area between the first expandable member and the second expandable member, where the occlusion catheter is configured to infuse a therapeutic fluid via the elongate catheter shaft and through the therapeutic fluid infusion port to a position proximate to an abdominal aortic aneurysm in the isolated area. the illustrative system including an elongate light-emitting catheter including a light-emitting element, wherein the light-emitting element is configured to emit light and be disposed at the position.
