MULTIFUNCTIONAL PROTEOLYSIS-TARGETING CHIMERA CONJUGATES

Abstract: the present invention relates to various molecular constructs having at least one cellular-targeting element, one protein-targeting element, and one ubiquitin ligase recruitment element, wherein these elements are conjugated in a manner that facilitates cellular uptake and targeted degradation of specific proteins within cells. the present invention further relates to multifunctional proteolysis-targeting chimera conjugates and uses thereof for the treatment of diseases or disorders such as immune and inflammatory diseases, infectious diseases, cardiovascular diseases, endocrine disorders, and various cancers that are otherwise resistant to traditional therapeutic regimens.
