Abstract: the present invention provides a pharmaceutical preparation comprising an aqueous pharmaceutical composition comprising (r)-11-[2-[2-[(diethylamino)methyl]-1-piperidinyl]acetyl]-5,11-dihydro-6h-pyrido[2,3-b][1,4]benzodiazepin-6-one or a salt thereof, wherein the aqueous pharmaceutical composition is stored in a package which blocks a light having a wavelength of from 210 to 380 nm, in which the stability of (r)-11-[2-[2-[(diethylamino)methyl]-1-piperidinyl]acetyl]-5,11-dihydro-6h-pyrido[2,3-b][1,4]benzodiazepin-6-one or the salt thereof in the aqueous pharmaceutical composition is improved.
