Abstract: provided are a cosmetic composition with improved skin absorption and a method of using the composition which includes niacinamide and citric acid together and thus does not allow niacinamide to remain on the skin even when the solvent and other additives evaporate or are absorbed after application of the cosmetic composition to the skin, and solve usability issues caused by residue or white spots resulting from the remaining niacinamide.
