Abstract: disclosed are an atomization core and an atomization apparatus. the atomization core includes an atomization carrier and a heating element. the atomization carrier is provided with an atomization channel. the atomization channel is provided with two first inner walls which are opposite to each other, and two second inner walls which are opposite to each other. the heating element is provided with two heating parts, a connecting part and electrode parts, the two heating parts are respectively disposed on the first inner walls correspondingly, and ends of the two electrode parts away from the heating parts extend out of the atomization channel.
