Abstract: a lighting device disclosed in an embodiment of the invention comprises a substrate; a light source disposed on the substrate; and a light guide member disposed on the substrate and the light source, wherein the light guide member includes an exit surface and a first reflective surface facing the exit surface, the first reflective surface includes a plurality of reflective portions having different heights with respect to an upper surface of the substrate, and each of the plurality of reflective portions may include a plurality of first surfaces inclined with respect to the upper surface of the substrate.
