Abstract: an oil passage control valve include: a sleeve, including an internal passage extending in an axis direction and through which hydraulic oil passes, an annular groove formed on an outer periphery, and an opening penetrating in a radial direction in a region of the annular groove and through which hydraulic oil passes; a valve body, slidably housed in the internal passage and opening and closing the opening; a filter member of a strip-like shape, annularly wrapped around and fixed to the annular groove; and a drive element, driving the valve body. the sleeve includes a protrusion protruding from a bottom surface and a side surface of the annular groove at a position offset from the opening within the region of the annular groove. the filter member includes a notch engaged with the protrusion, a filtration part facing the opening, and a joint where both end regions overlap.
