Abstract: a water surface cleaning device is provided. the water surface cleaning device includes a main body, a cover and a filter basket. the main body is formed with an opening for the filter basket to get into and out of the main body. one side of the opening is provided with a buckle. two opposite sides of the filter basket are respectively provided with a hinge part and a clamping part. the hinge part is hinged to one side of the cover, and an other side of the cover is configured for being clamped to the buckle. one side, where the hinge part is located, of the filter basket is provided with a limiting rib, and a limiting surface is arranged at a position on an inner side of the opening corresponding to the limiting rib. the limiting surface restricts the limiting rib from rotating about the clamping part.
