Abstract: a process for converting naphtha to ethane and propane is disclosed. the process comprises separating a naphtha stream into a plurality of naphtha streams. each of the plurality of naphtha streams and a hydrogen stream are contacted with a catalyst in a dedicated one of a plurality of reactors to produce a plurality of contacted streams. one of the contacted streams can be separated into an ethane stream and a propane stream.
