Abstract: one embodiment of the present invention relates to a laminate, a method for producing a laminate, or an adhesive composition, the laminate has a layer (a) including polyethylene terephthalate or a biodegradable polymer and an adhesive layer (b) including an adhesive composition, at least a part of the adhesive layer (b) is in contact with the layer (a), the adhesive composition contains a graft-modified product of at least one base polymer selected from polyolefins by a carbodiimide monomer having a carbodiimide group and a polymerizable double bond and contains 0.1 to 50 mmol of the carbodiimide group per 100 g of the adhesive composition, and the density of the adhesive composition is 0.870 to 0.940 g/cm.
