Abstract: the present invention relates to a substituted bridged ring inhibitor, and to a preparation method therefor and application thereof. specifically, the compound of the present invention has the structure shown in a formula (a0), and further disclosed in the present invention are a method for preparing the compound and an application of the compound as a krasinhibitor; the compound has a good selective inhibition effect on kras, and has better pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic performance and lower toxic side effects.
