From WikiPatents

RESIN-METAL COMPOSITE PANEL

Abstract: to inexpensively manufacture a lightweight, highly rigid resin-metal composite panel having excellent corrosion resistance and high rigidity, as laminated panels for floor and wall materials of building materials, ships, and vehicles. a resin-metal composite panel is a resin-metal composite panel formed by injecting and foaming a hard urethane resin between skin materials made of two metal sheets, in which the skin material is a single-sided film-laminated steel sheet having a steel sheet thickness of 0.1 mm or more or a single-sided film-laminated aluminum sheet having a sheet thickness of 0.24 mm or more, including: a thermoplastic resin layer having a specific thickness on a panel outer surface side; and a layer having a surface tension of 50 mn/m or more, the layer made of inorganic hydrated oxide and inorganic oxide with a specific adhesion amount on an inner surface side to be bonded to a core resin layer, and the hard foamed urethane resin of the core layer has a thickness of 3 mm or more, a dynamic longitudinal elastic modulus measured at 80 c. and 1 hz of 100 mpa or more, and a density of the hard foamed urethane resin after foaming falling within a specific range.
