Abstract: the present invention relates to a rolling roll and an electrode rolling device comprising the same. the rolling roll according to one example of the present invention comprises a rotating shaft, a pair of roll members mounted apart from each other at a predetermined interval on the rotating shaft, and an induction heating roll disposed between the pair of roll members, mounted on the rotation shaft, and including an induction coil provided to be inductively heated upon rotation of the rotating shaft, and a main body surrounding the induction coil.
