Abstract: embodiments of the present invention provide an eye mask for providing a therapy to eyes of a user. the eye mask comprises an inner layer, an outer layer and a circuit board. the inner layer has a first depression cavity and a second depression cavity such that the periphery of the first depression cavity and the second depression cavity form a convex edge. the circuit board comprises a plurality of leds for providing photo therapy and a micro-current element in arranged on the inner layer for providing micro-current therapy around the eyes of the user. a protective layer is provided over the leds to prevent direct exposure of eyes with the light emitted by the plurality of leds.
