LIPID NANOPARTICLES

Abstract: the present invention provides lipid nanoparticles each containing a ph-sensitive cationic lipid represented by formula (i) [wherein a represents an integer of 3 to 5; b represents 0 or 1; rand reach independently represent a group represented by general formula (a) (wherein rand reach independently represent a linear or branched c1-15 alkyl group; c represents an integer of 1 to 7; and e represents an integer of 4 to 12); and x represents a group represented by general formula (b) (wherein d represents an integer of 0 to 3; and rand reach independently represent a calkyl group or a calkenyl group, in which rand rmay be bonded to each other to form a 5- to 7-membered nonaromatic hetero ring) or a 5- to 7-membered nonaromatic hetero ring group]. (r)(r)c(oh)—(ch)a-(o—co)b-x (i) (r)(r)hc—(ch)c-(co—o)—(ch)e-(a) —(ch)d-n(r)(r) (b)
