Abstract: an aerosol generation device according to the present disclosure comprises: a body that has a heating unit and a control unit that controls heating by the heating unit; and a cover that is installed on the body. the cover has a biological information sensor that detects biological information. when the cover is installed and the biological information detected by the biological information sensor meets predetermined prescribed conditions, the control unit of the body allows heating by the heating unit. the biological information sensor is off when the heating unit is heating.
