Abstract: a robot system includes a robot arm configured to be able to grasp a target object including a packaging member with transparency and a physical object packaged by the packaging member, a memory configured to store instructions; and a processor. the processor is configured to execute the instructions to: identify a type of the physical object based on image processing on an image of the target object, and make a change to an environment different from an environment in which the image of the target object has been captured in a case where the type of the physical object has not been identified.
