Abstract: the present disclosure discloses a hanging wrist roller including a grip bar including a grip bar body with a center portion and a handle disposed on each side of the center portion, and a sheave disposed respectively between the center portion and the handle and having a groove in a circumferential direction, a lower rope connected to the center portion, and an upper rope hanging the grip bar in the air and having loops formed on both lower sides and placed over the sheave.
