Abstract: disclosed is a method for producing t cells, the method comprising: (1) culturing three-dimensional cell aggregate(s) comprising cells that can differentiate into t cells, and stromal cells that express notch ligand(s) derived from pluripotent stem cells. also disclosed are t cells obtained by the method, and a medicine comprising the t cells.
