Abstract: an assembly includes an insertion device comprised of a shaft that extends along a longitudinal axis, terminating in a forked tip with a u-shaped groove. this groove is designed to hold a portion of the soft, suture bunchable bone anchor, which consists of a flexible strand with a suture positioned between its two ends. the anchor is configured to be delivered into a bone hole and transition from an unbunched to a bunched state upon deployment.
