Abstract: a foam pump assembly and a foam pump dispenser for providing a flowable and fine foam. the foam pump dispenser includes a container and a foam pump assembly. the foam pump assembly includes an actuator; a closure connected to the actuator and coupled to the container. the foam pump assembly further includes a foaming unit containing a plurality of interlocking mesh elements. the foaming unit includes at least 3 interlocking mesh elements each having one single mesh net. the at least 3 interlocking mesh elements are stacked together to produce a flowable and fine foam.
