Abstract: an electronic device includes a memory storing computer-executable instructions and at least one processor configured to access the memory and execute the instructions. the at least one processor is configured to identify a target software component (swc) required to perform a target function in a second automotive open system architecture (autosar) platform among swcs for performing a predetermined function in a first autosar platform. the at least one processor is also configured to apply a target interface used to perform the target function in the first autosar platform by the target swc and the target swc to a wrapper to obtain a conversion swc capable of performing the target function in the second autosar platform. the at least one processor is configured to apply the conversion swc to the second autosar platform when the conversion swc is verified through a comparison between the target swc and the conversion swc.
