Abstract: a system is disclosed. the system has an ultra-low latency data and video streaming module, comprising computer-executable code stored in non-volatile memory, a processor, a control center device, and a plurality of vehicle, robot or drone units that operate remotely from the control center device, each of the plurality of units including a control device. the control module, the processor, the control center device, and the control devices are configured to video stream using one or more camera modules disposed at each of the plurality of units, transfer the video streams from the control devices to the control center device.
