Abstract: a display panel is provided by the present application. the display panel includes a plurality of pixel electrodes; a plurality of data lines, each of the data lines is connected to each of the pixel electrodes; a first metal layer includes a common electrode line and at least one first common electrode, and the common electrode line at least partially overlaps the first common electrodes, the first common electrodes are disposed below the data lines and connected to the common electrode line.
