Abstract: a second lens unit has a second lens holding frame that holds a reference lens among a plurality of lenses, a first adjustment frame that holds a first adjustment lens among the plurality of lenses and is adjustable in a direction orthogonal to an optical axis with respect to the second lens holding frame, and a second adjustment frame that holds a second adjustment lens among the plurality of lenses and is adjustable in the direction orthogonal to the optical axis with respect to the second lens holding frame. the first adjustment frame is arranged on the object side in the optical axis direction with respect to the second lens holding frame. the second adjustment frame is arranged on the image side in the optical axis direction with respect to the second lens holding frame.
