Abstract: a cable management structure includes a base portion for removable mounting on a telecommunications fixture, the base portion defining an upper guide portion and a lower guide portion separated by a cable channel, wherein a transverse slit defined between the upper and lower guide portions communicates with the cable channel for insertion of cables into the channel and a flexible portion that is elastically flexible and is biased to cover at least a portion of the slit for retaining cables within the channel.
