SYSTEM, DEVICE AND METHOD FOR DETERMINING TEST RESULT BASED ON OUTPUT VOLTAGES OF USB INTERFACE

Abstract: a system, a device, and a method for determining test result based on output voltages of usb interface are disclosed. in the system, a usb specification-compliant pull-up component is disposed in a test fixture, the test fixture is controlled whether to output a voltage signal to a usb interface of a device under test, or not output voltage signal, and then an output voltage corresponding to the usb interface is read, and a test result is generated based on the read output voltage, so that a usb interfaces of computing apparatus which does not support boundary scan can be tested without booting an operating system of the computing apparatus, and the effect of increasing testing efficiency can be achieved.
