Abstract: provided is a method for analyzing a neurogranin-related peptide by matrix assisted laser desorption/ionization-mass spectrometry, in which a laser irradiation target contains the neurogranin-related peptide, a matrix, and a protein of 9 kda or more, and a content of the protein per 1 �g of the matrix is 10 fmol or more and 600 fmol or less.
