Abstract: a fuel spray nozzle for a gas turbine engine includes a feed arm, a fuel tube, a sleeve, and a nozzle head. the feed arm includes a housing. the fuel tube is disposed within the housing and spaced apart from the housing, such that the housing and the fuel tube define an air gap therebetween. the sleeve is disposed within the air gap and spaced apart from the housing. the sleeve at least partially engages with the fuel tube and surrounds at least a portion of the fuel tube along a tube axis. the sleeve is movably disposed around the fuel tube, such that the sleeve and the fuel tube are movable relative to each other along the tube axis. the nozzle head is fluidly connected to the fuel tube and configured to receive the fuel from the fuel tube.
