CURABLE TWO-STEP AND TWO-PART ACRYLIC STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE COMPOSITION

Abstract: the present invention relates to a curable two-step and two-part adhesive composition comprising a first part comprising: at least one (meth)acrylate monomer comprising oh-group; an urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer; a rubber; an adhesion promoter; and a radical initiator; and a second part comprising: at least one (meth)acrylate monomer comprising oh-group, which can be same or different than the at least one (meth)acrylate monomer comprising oh-group in the first part; a nitrile butadiene rubber; and a reducing agent. the composition can be used as a structural adhesive, for example in speaker magnet bonding, e-motor structural bonding and metal component bonding.
