Abstract: the invention provides a cup lid and a beverage container, and belongs to the technical field of cup lids. the cup lid comprises a lid body, wherein the lid body is provided with a liquid outlet and a via hole; and a liquid sealing piece, wherein the liquid sealing piece is slidably mounted on a lower surface of the lid body and is able to slide to a closed position or an open position; when located at any position within a sliding range, the liquid sealing piece seals the via hole; and a slider, wherein the slider is slidably mounted on an upper surface of the lid body and is connected to the liquid sealing piece through a connecting pillar, the connecting pillar penetrates through the via hole and is able to move in the via hole.
