Abstract: a system includes a communication interface, a processing circuit and a memory coupled to the processing circuit. the memory includes machine readable instructions that, when executed by the processing circuit, cause the processing circuit to receive immersion data that corresponds to mixed reality features that are available in a casino environment. the processing circuit is further caused to determine a mixed reality mode based on the immersion data and send, to a customer device and from a mixed reality server, immersion data that corresponds to a selection of virtual reality (vr), and/or augmented reality (ar) features that correspond to the mixed reality mode.
