Abstract: a method for treating brca gene-mutated cancer. in the method, a drug containing hypoxia-activated prodrug compounds of formulas (1), (2) and (3) or akr1c3 enzyme-activated prodrug compounds of formulas (4), (5), (6), (7), (8), (9), (10), (11) and (12) and salts, esters, solvates and isotopic isomers thereof, is used alone or in combination with other drugs to treat patients with brca gene-mutated cancer and tumors.
